This isn't making news in the US bc there's no mention of Delfin Midstream or the Delfin LNG Port/Project. I thought it was odd at first that they referred to it as "the Floating Liquefied Natural Gas(FLNG) project in the Louisiana Gulf waters of the United States". That's going a long way and trying really hard to not say "Delfin". Seems very intentional now and possibly a strategic move to keep it quiet in the US.
