Interesting, this just up listed to AMEX from the OTC.

I thought this sounded familiar, this is the company that ITYS claimed had stolen Break's technology. Sounds like his posts had some merit here.

Given this will likely not be an ongoing revenue (royalty) stream, under a company (GEVI) with a lack of any real revenue to show to date, it will not create any value to shareholders, beyond a "one time" purchase. The REAL value is what they do with their new found pay day.
