And just ignore the Elephant that's in the room with regulators... You merged with GRLT??? What? Why???
They keep talking about being compliant... audit financials and such, following regulations. But they themselves merged into an obvious penny stock serial scam and file unaudited alternative reporting "disclosure statements". That "disclosure" is full of errors, are incomplete, misleading and fraudulent for those reasons at least. There is so much real fraud, theft and regulatory non-compliance with GRLT that it's just mind boggling that they chose to hook up with this over decade of fraud when compliance is so important.
