As it is Plug is having to buy blue hydrogen and resell it for their customers. I'm not even sure why NASA is using PLUG unless they are just trying to spread out suppliers. It should at least give them a better margin as I'm sure they pay more. Not sure of the cost to transport green h2 to Ohio. I hope it works out and they have a new market. I just wonder if it would be better to build a few smaller modular units closer by to supply the needs.
