At .0001 when the CEO and Trillium unload to the bid bigly. The CEO has to create a market for this garbage. You can own all the shares in the world but if no one wants them, the CEO will be forced to reverse again. Post reverse, KEGS lasted only days above .01 before the scammer issued shares to himself and Trillium turned it up.
