I transferred / rolled over my Vanguard IRA (where my FNMA shares are held) to Fidelity. Vanguard stopped shareholders from purchasing OTC stocks. I wanted to buy more, when this hit .25 Yes, .25 years ago, so I rolled over everything to Fidelity. Problem solved, lol.
