Why does the stock suck?

And please mention anything besides what is already known (dilution, toxic lenders, etc.).

I would really like to know why you think the company itself sucks? Not enough revenue growth? Not profitable enough? Not growing fast enough? Wrong sector?

Some context would be very helpful.
