Hintzen v APRU, Tony, and Terri filings.........
Ms. Hintzen got a default judgment last year in Arizona and it looks like she is attempting to move that into Florida to make it easier to collect from Tony. She's definitely tightening the screws on him whether she ever collects or not.
Tony screwed up by not responding to the complaint in Arizona. He now owns some of APRU's debt, along with his wife. More corporate stupidity on his part.
A hearing on the matter is next Monday.
