A publicly traded company is going to offer us $1.50 and Dexcel is going to offer us only $1.00 and Nasrat is going to take the Dexcel offer just so everything with the Mikah Tax stays private.

I agree, it could be Dexcel .... He needs to sell to a private pharmaceutical company so no one will ever know how much allotted for Mikah out of the deal !!!!!!!!!
