You need to produce proof of what you stated or its taken as another  unconfirmed Ramber! Don't get me wrong I love the idea but some sort of info to backup your comments goes a long way. 
As I've stated a few times what was the $30 billion they wanted to raise with a 5% offering IPO? Why that number ? No one knows but maybe to pay off the JPS ? Who knows .
