Just to be clear, cramming ~$20B of value into ~442 million shares upon RM implies a valuation in neighborhood of 45 per share TGLO (or whatever new symbol may be).
That pps would, for all practical purposes, be all but instant, wouldn't it?
Not like we'd need to wait weeks or months for it to dribble up.
