BO could not and did not move any money from F and F to ACA directly (via the general treasury and taxes yes)

As I posted - but not in a year

For those who hate BO and assume he took money from F and F for ACA

Then why did DJT not take money - as it was making profit all four years - for the WALL

Answer - NO POTUS can take money directly and appropriate it and send it where they want

Congress must make changes of that sort -- AFTER all money - ALL - goes to Treasury (other than Social and Medicare and Fuel Tax by law)

Think that somehow BO could push money from F and F over to ACA - fantasy
