For once you and I can agree on your narrative especially in paragraph one. WAMU was stolen by JPMC along with the help and blessings of various American government agencies. I’ve not nor will I ever believe otherwise. However I don’t believe JPMC and those same American government agencies involved in the heist of WAMU will ever pay up. If they do pay up, the question (who’s going to force them to pay) that question has been asked by JHD multiple times, on the COOP board as well as the RKT board. No answer to his question to date. ALL the dates, unsubstantiated, nonsensical unicorn post by various individuals on this board is not or will not address his question either. So the question remains WHO is going to force the responsible thieves to pay up? Oh, and I’m not a JPMC paid basher. I am a former WAMU, WMIH and COOP common equity holder and yes I had escrows in two different Schwab accounts. Long story short, I’d love to see JPMC pay up. The American government is the most corrupt. Last but not least, I’m a realist!
