Oscar is pushing over arching governance.
He's confusing the hell out of everyone with it. The real question is why does Oscar need to be so confusing when he promised... EXPECT frequent updates? I'm certain that same question haunts a lot of other investors. Meanwhile his enigmatic ways are anything but helpful. His crypto aspirations are indeed very cryptic. He's swimming upstream with crypto. Bitcoin is consolidating after a big run and will be for about 10-11 months.

He's creating a ton of controversy with so many irons in the fire and that's not in the best interests of Affluence Corporation in my books. eg. MSPC or GNIS: Either have never been mentioned in the same press release or filing together with Affluence Corporation. Yet it seems obvious that he's going to use GNIS and Universal Call together. Then again it could be a total head fake. See, more deliberate opacity who needs it. I think his conflict of interest needs to be addressed by the company. Investors are shunning this company in droves. That's the way I see it, this is too much like a Stephen Hicks puppet show. If that's the case. We are bing gas-lighted and every investor has a very strong right to be skeptical. 🤷
