OMG!! There is not one court document that specifically states escrow (markers) are recipients of future payouts. It’s just NOT true.
In your twisted mind your reading documents that have no bearing on us receiving anything.
Ok so let’s imagine there’s a document that’s states there’s 10 billion dollars in a trust, there’s absolutely zero pathway or evidence that money will come to our accounts. It could be distributed anyway the company likes. It’s just a lie and inaccurate to say hey there’s 200 billion and it’s ’our money’
