Got a response from Hans on the convertible debt situation. Like he told you, said Nick's note has been getting paid down. Says that by years end it will be considerably lower. As far as Raji goes, going to take it off convertible notes and turn it into preferred shares. The biggie(at least to me) is his $4,000,000 shit. I told him I understood that he wants a large payday at some point, but that anybody looking to invest in his company sees that they're gonna walk away. He agreed and said that will also be revamped, that a cleaner balance sheet to start 2026 is on the top of his list.

Hans is open to suggestions all the time. Does he have his "It's my business moments"? Of course. It appears to me that he continues learning as time goes by
