? The 73% of those in custody do not have legal authority to be in this Country. Therefor, they have broken the law and have done something wrong until proven otherwise. The other 27% are rapists, murderers, drug dealers, human trafickers etc..etc...
So how do you conclude they have been arrested illegally? You would have to prove that a detention failed a reasonable suspicion test. I am sorry you disagree with reality but it has been laid out and determined. And it finds that you incorrect :

The last fucking thing I am concerned about are illegal immigrants and their wellfare. I tend to care about homeless US citizens a lot more. Give it a try :)
