Then why is that phrase in the filings in bolded print at all TJ...if it is a misprint by Goyner...what was he trying to imply for it to even exist in the filings...so I have to ask you...what was his misprint trying to imply?...or are you saying it shouldn't even be there at all?...and the reason I ask is because if there is no such thing as a application for a reverse split this whole phrase would be meaningless...."Application for a reverse stock split pending"

There is no such thing as an application... it was a miss print from Goyner
