Statistically narcissists have much much higher concentration among Politian's, CEOs and leaderships. Their personalities are mixed with a combined natures of good, bad, ambitious, repulsive and dangerous more or less. Regardless of our affiliations, if honestly conducting fact checks on powerful public figures, a lot of them qualify that title, unfortunately they are the group always on fast track to move up to the tops.
