Once funds can buy and there are options available I think we get a lot more interest from retail and funds. Too bad this admin isn’t able to make any progress. Truthfully Pulte could do it himself he and Bessent could do it themselves but Pulte is gunshy and won’t do anything without his almighty president making the decisions.
