Responses to questions I sent Jim. Must be busy, I sent them 3 times lol. Seems I should have phrased my second question better. It was meant to relate to exim taking up to 9 months to make a decision after they get the data. I'll post if he responds to my rephrasing.

Mark offered a timeline for an exim decision of hopefully before the end of fiscal year 2026, do you expect a decision from all three export banks at around the same time?

Yes. The Government’s fiscal year ends on Sept. 30.

The drilling results and engineering we are told will be done by the end of the year. Up to 9 months seems like a long time to study that, is there other due diligence that needs done?

It is not a question of “studying,” these efforts are quite extensive and are part and parcel of the updated Feasibility Study. There are other areas of work underway as part of the updated FS, including new costing, etc.

Do you think that the government shutdown slowed exim's decision? If so do you feel at the resulting delay is longer than 6 weeks?

It did not slow the government’s decision on our loan application, given that EXIM cannot make final decision until we submit the results of the updated FS.

Without getting into specifics, are you able to offer a general idea about what some of the sticking points might be for off-take negotiations?

No, those are all individual negotiations conducted under NDAs.
