Why are you complaining about the escrows? If WMI's former assets are acquired in exchange for 12 billion shares, RKT's share price could quickly multiply, perhaps even tenfold. The mineral rights alone are worth more than a trillion...

According to the court ruling, any potential assets of WMI, which were not even allowed to be mentioned in court, could not be transferred to the reorganized WMIH. Hence the long detour via RKT
