A ROFR is a legal clause, and unless both parties intend to move forward:
While I wish it was true, the price is now in the depths of 0's its likely killed. he hasn't posted anything anywhere and has no filings, so unless those "health issues" from the summer were real and have restarted and he's in the hospital, there is no hope for this.
