Things we don't know....It is clear to me and maybe not others here that Marty made not just 1 but also an additional year maintenance corporations fee in Georgia. So instead of just paying for the present year he seen to it that it was also paid for one additional year.

What were the problems and other disagreements within?

How sick was our CEO -George in that time frame?.

Was there something in the transaction with George, James, Colleen and Ed that Marty just wanted to steer clear of or was it just the pay me for my service or I'll resign. Did George actually think that Marty would resign?

Note the time frame from our last 10-K to when our public accounting firm resigned verses when Alan came on board as our CEO .

Did the public accounting firm say whats with this deal?

I gather we actually have no money for filings as Alan came in as our CEO as seen above.
