Nice article there. And I have come to the same conclusion as you. Roughly Q3/Q4 2026 is our timeframe. The reason being the '912 claim invalidation appeals case should be concluding around then. Netlist's future rests on this. If that appeal upholds the invalidation of '912, I think Netlist loses most of their previous jury award $. If they win that case, and '912 is once again, rightfully validated, we're all very well off !!

Though with this stock there's always delays, but still I'd say about a year from now.
Which means more dilution in the next year, unless we get a really sweet deal with SK.
