What amazes me is that despite all of the rule brandishing ogf violations, the repeated threats and actions of reporting AABB to the SEC,etc, the SEC has done nothing, and has stated nothing. Apparently, the SEC has decided that AABB has not done wrong to the SEC , or to the shareholders. That fact seems to continue in the face of all this AABB bad mouthing. It's as if AABB has done nothing wrong. So, all this bluster and rule violations don't mean squat to the SEC. And Beeny Boy's rules of GAAP and AFRC violations don't mean squat.
