Ha! No not disagreeing. Just a nuance to approval given that the original approval did not incorporate the change to the number of FLNG's which to me was an underhanded way of trying to circumvent further delays, which ended up delaying further!

Everything changed to the original environmental assessments with regard to the vessels due to the changes to the number of FLNG's, changes that even the DOE has to review not just MARAD (see EPA)

It's happening no question. Just nothing ever changes when it comes to the boys and how they always seem to find a dog that ate their homework, their fault or not.

Plus, DOE is still staffed by career employees and Wright is hacking and whacking and reorganizing as we speak. Who knows how all these changes have affected staff?
