BuyLow....I have no educated answer I do know if it were me I would NOT consider filing if I didn't have a backup resource (other than) what the company has but that is just me if I were HDC however, by filing my past due filings with the SEC that might push a infringer or licensing deal. Now on the far far spectrum in negative thinking if I were a scam company I wouldn't say jack chit to my investors but again...however, I believe if I had some inkling (my company) that might be positive I might issue (my thinking only) a shareholder note/letter stating something?

Buylow, a filing anything positive but NOT a bankruptcy filing would be great but believe HDC is done and that Colleen will file bankruptcy before this year is out or January depending on how they are looking at taxes or other needed things..
