ON August 1,2013, Nasrat Hakim became CEO of Elite Pharmaceuticals and during that time Mikah whose owner is Nasrat Hakim had sold to Elite Pharma a bunch of items for 10 mil dollars in a contractual agreement signed by Jerry Treppel and Nasrat Hakim.
