While the past is no indication of the future, the bona fides of management and reasons for previous price increases/decreases should not be ignored. And if 2A is granted to CDIK for European sales, there WILL be a spike...no question. Failing that, look for dilution via S-8's by year end...that part of the past should not be ignored.
