Except dilution has not been occurring. Marshall has kept Outstanding constant during the Reg-A.

Marshall crashed this stock by offering the Reg-A at brutally lower and lower and lower share prices, 90% below the MDCE retail price before the offering. Of course Kapln is making 200% to 300% profit in days on each trade where he buys Reg-A shares to “immediately” dump them on pumpers pumping MDCE like DiamondHands propping up Kaplan’s and Perkins’ cash machine.

But there has not been dilution on MDCE.
