This is one of my modeled scenarios. Overpayment on the sps to account for "repurchase of some warrants". Gov keeps 56%, sells 5% and keeps 51% locked forever in swf--or anything that keeps them out of the market. Backstop then insured with ~25% of the original float trading. Clearly this is not technical analysis rather just rational to make everyone whole. No idea what happens to the rest of the capital stack but this would be wildly bullish for commons. Trying to manifest it lol
