Yes, saw that in the 3rd qtr filing. I am going with the original coding and restriction in the 2nd qtr until I get a response from Marshall.

We have seen multiple errors in the filings, over the last 2 years.

It may not matter as pink sheets are only restricted for 6 months, and we are beyond that now with those shares bought, and reported in the second Qtr. This does not pertain to the Reg A shares, which are unrestricted. Also per Marshalls update over 95% (only 100K shares left) of the Reg a is done, so all this is old news and does not matter.

Maybe now we can move forward to what the company is doing, and it's growth stage.
