I asked Marshal about the share selling and Kaplans shares. Only 5% left of the dilution, that would make about 100K left, and he confirmed the Reg A will finish by Dec. 6th

With only 5% left things should get very interesting next week

Hello Tom. More than 95% of those shares have already been absorbed by the market. That was the plan in order to have a more definitive path for increased shareholder value starting on 12/6/25 when our Reg A concludes. $MDCE
