Yeah they needed a lot of cash and had to give some crazy incentives to get buyers in 2007. If I remember correctly it was FNMAS FNMAT and FMCKJ are the 3. Still completely absurd that buyers of those 3 specifically never filed a lawsuit that they literally paid in months before they were taken over and everyone thought that was okay looking back.
