Not sure what you mean. It was an actual company. NFUSZ/VERB had expensive leased office space, dozens of employees and multiple products and then multiple pivots from one business concept to another.

The problem was that each of Rory's ideas was either stupid or poorly executed. For example, there are several successful video selling platforms. Everyone else just did it better. Or they were much better funded and could market their sites. One of Rory's greatest flaws is that he had the attitude of "built it and they will come."
