Thanks for sharing this shareholder letter, LocWolf. I did not know that the OTCBB had been discontinued until I read this letter.
It seems to have been replaced by the OTC Market Group, which is an electronic trading platform. Perhaps HDC can be listed on that platform?
I agree with you that being listed on a publicly traded exchange, would add a measure of credibility to HDC in its negotiations with other companies and/or potential infringers.
Overall, I see this shareholder letter as a positive development.
