It is over and Sharp won just like many of us here said would happen but Sharp is NOT the advocate for truth in ANYTHING!

He is being sued for fraud.

But I don't see Sharp abandoning this the way he has abandoned GVSI.

It might take a while longer (once he loses his HMBL fraud lawsuit or settles out of court).

He's not about to abandon the only one of his stocks that just had a huge legal win and is relatively clean.

He just has to file some paper work that he has been waiting for this lawsuit to end (and win) before doing so.
