I feel Vindicated, as I have been saying that LBHI 'owns' a TON of Real Estate , across the Globe, through various SPVs.

So LBHI OWNS 14.89M Shares of AVB (which was the "Avalon Bay properties" that I had talked about in previous posts that was 'spun off' by LBHI, at that time for $3.2B...LBHI did a Great Job holding onto about14.89M Shares in the 'Spin Off' which give sit the "Largest Insider Ownership" even today!)

"Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc 1 is the largest individual Avalonbay Communities shareholder, owning 14.89M shares representing 10.52% of the company. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc 1's Avalonbay Communities shares are currently valued at $2.64B."
