Again....you do not understand what dope is and how people use it(lucky for you :) ). It's just lipstick on a pig backed by crony 501c's playing on sympathy. That's the issue. It may work in an urban/city area with dense population ---but you are not going to see cats walking five blocks to fire their fix. It's not scalable and not a problem solver-it is though- a problem extender.

I am glad those fixn' are able to use the facility...and for those there....but that is as far as it goes. It's waste of time and money.
