When was 10-Q due?

$BNIX filings were based on 12/31 10-K.

$VWAV continued that schedule as far as I can tell.

Anybody have different info or opinion on the DUE DATE of financials?

Still no response from IR contact. Imo shareholders should care.

If an NT 10-Q is not filed and the company fails to meet the extended 10-Q deadline, it will face severe consequences, including potential SEC registration loss, stock exchange delisting, and legal penalties.

The company must file a Form NT (Notification of Late Filing) to explain the delay and obtain a five-day extension;

failure to file this form within one business day is also a serious violation

Nobody gives a shit about this one, but everyone gives a shit about all the sub-penny garbage-boards they post on?
