It’s not hedge funds….it’s BitCoin and the algorithms that trade it……in other words it’s software that starts a sell motion when BTC drops dramatically. It is currently valued below $87,000. Six weeks ago it was over $125,000. Unfortunately the equity traders are utilizing the same, or similar systems.
Tom Lee, who is CEO of Immersive BitCoin technologies, stated that the algorithm recently purged over $200 million in BTC due to a feature in the algorithm.
