What is up with EXIM???? Who is guiding this ship????

I remember back in the day when EXIM stated their process would take 6-9 months....here we are 2 and half years later. Everything we have at Elk Creek is needed by the US government to get us out from the grasp of China and Brazil (National Security). I just sit here shaking my head while this project gets slow walked by EXIM(a government agency) while China tells the US how things are going to be done. EXIM is waiting for offtakes???....how about the US government take some offtakes and replenish their stockpiles as their cupboards are bare. Get off your ass EXIM and get this f#ckin nugget dug up. Go NioCorp!!!
