He's looking at the market cap. $13B as he thinks it's going to be worth $300B
Maybe if Powell lowers interest rates back to 2%, sub 3% mortgage rates again.
I don't see it.
However, looks to me the Saudis made a deal with Trump to save the petrol dollar for a few more years. So why not kill interests rates and set off a wave in real estate again. Mr. Coopers stock is killing it. Set up another generation in debt. I'd love to sell my $1m + cottage to a sweet young couple starting out. Tie them up with a 50year sub 3% fixed rate loan. Allow inflation from our fiat system to pay off the loan.
But to get this to $40+, and say it publicly? Balls man.
If it dips below $10 after this event dies down in a few days, I'm in. Thanksgiving week has always sucked for stocks.
