Please, all the original Radiogel patents are long expired. There's nothing stopping anyone from making a Radiogel offset. But you already knew that.

It appears there are technical and/or regulatory advantages to using the already approved encapsulated Y90 in an injectable gel vs. freely dispersed Y90 approach Radiogel uses, as it's just a fact the former is progressing in expanded human trials while the latter is dead in the water.

So the technical approach is irrelevant now. After treatment a dead tumor is a dead tumor. YntraDose is progressing forward with a three year head start in human trials. Radiogel isn't progressing.
