"Manipulation" needs to be qualified. It looks like it for sure.
Within the context of the market, when Big Money thinks alike and act accordingly mentally, then they are "legally" in the market doing what is in their own interest.
What I mean to say that their opinions work without a plan together... to do what is individually in their own best interest.
There's no violation when that happens. Call it whatever you think it is. That's what I think.
