Hmmmm...I wonder why it doesn't mention Visolis and Deepak Dugar. The are all over the Loi. Unless there was a 2nd transaction from Vincent Liu and Lcy. I hope the released Loi wasn't attempt to defraud shareholders of their shares. Maintenance mro is what the Loi for INVESTMENT in bioamber was for. Seems as if several entity's were in collision to defraud us shareholders. Pwc, Attorneys for the Petitioners, Eno, many more. It won't be much longer now and when the truth is revealed....certain folks should be worried about litigation!!!
