and if i read correctly somewhere in the past, and have no idea how to retract the article. nividia already used the itc against scumsong and won. so i would think it would be no big deal for nvda to drop scum at any moment after they feel any pressure resulting from dealing with them. afterall, nlst is the blueprint of what scum is selling. so why interupt their buisness flow when they can just switch to sk, or buy it direct and manufacture it themselves with nlst consulting.

but thats right.....this is litigation where its easier to take and hope you dont pay later........disgusting judicial system, to quote shakespear, ''kill the lawyers''.........
