I wouldn't be too alarmed. The discrepancy sounds like a server-side issue at the SEC. We're probably not the only company affected. Melvin did the proper disclosure and is addressing the issue with the SEC. The disclosure gave the shareholders an opportunity to further vet the issue and we discovered a second related issue. Melvin can follow-up on that too. IMO this is just routine running a business. Issues pop up all the time. And like in any professionally run business, these issues will be bird-dogged, tracked and resolved.
