With no disrespect intended, sorry Bossman, if you cannot support your comment, then this feels PROMO to me.

We all hope for SNTX's OTCQB uplist to happen "like yesterday" and perhaps Leal is much further along in this process than I think but just on the stock side qualification component, we are just day 19/30 for the SNTX stock to remain above $.01 and we have another 11 days to go for that..

I don't know which assets Leal will be using for the audit(s), how simple/complicated this audit(s) will be, I don't know how far along he is with the OTCQB application and I don't know how busy Leal's SEC attorney is for that required SEC Attorney letter.

It clearly does not feel like 2025 for the OTCQB uplist but sometime in January-February 2026 could be quite possible.
